SIMI VALLEY (CBS) — Monday marks the 101st anniversary of President Ronald Reagan’s birth.
Monday has been designated as a statewide special day of significance.
The Reagan Library will host a special ceremony with the color guard and a 21-gun salute.
A wreath will be laid on his grave by Camp Pendleton Marines on behalf of President Barack Obama.
Former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, who was a political aide in the Reagan administration, will deliver a keynote address.
