How to setup your @Reagan.com email account in Microsoft Outlook (and other popular email clients)

You will need the following settings:

1. Incoming mail server: mail.reagan.com
2. Outgoing mail server: mail.reagan.com
3. Username: (your full email address) ex. yourname@reagan.com
4. Password: the password you created when signing up for @Reagan.com email.

Step by Step instructions for Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Pull down the TOOLS menu.
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Click NEW… to add a new Email Account.

1. Choose the first option: Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP and click NEXT (see above).

1. Select MANUALLY configure your server settings, and click NEXT (see above).

1. Again, choose the first option: Internet E-mail, and click NEXT (see above).

1. Your name: Enter your Full Name (first and last).
2. Email address: Enter the full email address you purchased @Reagan.com.
3. Account Type: Choose POP3.
4. Incoming Server: Enter mail.reagan.com
5. Outgoing Server: Enter mail.reagan.com
6. User Name: Enter the full email address you purchased @Reagan.com.
7. Password: Enter the account password you created when signing up.
8. Click MORE SETTINGS… (do not click NEXT yet…)

1. MORE SETTINGS…
2. Click the OUTGOING SERVER tab.
3. Check the first box: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
4. Select first option: Use same settings at my incoming mail server.
5. Click OK to close that window.

1. Let’s test the settings: Click TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
2. If you entered everything correctly, you should see two “completed” status.
3. Click CLOSE to close the Test Account Settings window.
4. Click NEXT on the window below that, and click FINISH to start enjoying your new @Reagan.com email account.
